There is something in the air - at Bakken
Dyrehavsbakken has more rides (roller coasters) than any other amusement parks in Scandinavia. And the wildest ones many say..
It is certainly a fact that the short queues in front of Bakken's amusements mean that as a guest you get full value for money, once you invest in the popular wristband that gives a free admission to all rides.
Apart from the many exiting amusements you can also try your skills at the many game halls. Use your skills with balls, air guns, darts and slingshots to win wonderful prizes from the shelves.
And why not try your luck in one of Bakken's many gambling arcades. The many gambling machines distributed among ten gambling arcades make in fact Bakken into Denmark's biggest casino.
You will also find first class entertainment at Bakken. From the end of May till the end of August the Cirkus Revue, Denmark's biggest revue, offers first class comedy and satire.
And if you want to join the fun yourself, then visit the cabaret girls at Bakkens Hvile, - Denmark's only remaining music hall. You will always find song and music here and a unique atmosphere.
Add to that Bakken's unique location in the most beautiful forest in Denmark, the Dyrehaven - and you will understand why Danes flock to Bakken every year. Welcome to a lot of fun in the world's oldest amusement park.
The admission is free - as always.
The Bellevue Theatre is located by Klampenborg Station and overlooks the ěresund. Here, international shows and musicals are performed.
The open air theatre in Ulvedalene (the Wolves' Valleys) has performances every second or third year - in the hilly area, which gives the theatre an almost amphitheatricalamphitheatrically atmosphere.
